SCHEDULING
Our original schedule was proposed as follows:
We stayed relatively on task when it came to our original timeline. From our initial proposal to our progress report, we were, in fact, ahead of schedule. We had already started developing our python script before we needed to, and our server was built. After our progress report, most of our progress came a bit slower in terms of making all the moving parts work together. Because we were able to complete our initial tasks efficiently, though, we gave ourselves extra time to troubleshoot, write reports, and deal with unexpected changes and adjustments.
